Fire at wallpaper enterprise in centre of Homel (photo, video)
10 fire-engines worked on the spot.
Press secretary of Homel rescuers Ruslan Habrylyoyu has informed Euroradio about it from the spot:
Habrylyou: "We are extinguishing the fire now. “Fox” limited company is situated in the city centre. According to the preliminary information the fire has been registered in the fifth and sixth parts of the main workshop. The fire has been liquidated inside the building but the roof is burning now. The roof is hemmed with iron so it is being uncovered at the moment”.
Workers have managed to save some of the goods. According to them, the fire started near the oil boiler used for drying paint on wallpaper.
