The confiscated computers, dictaphones, cameras and documents have not been returned so far.
The search was conducted on Christmas Day when the employees were out of the office. Information about it appeared on an Internet forum. When deputy editor-in-chief Vital Zyblyuk arrived at the office he met people carrying the confiscated the office equipment down the stairs.
According to them, they had not managed to contact any representatives of the radio and confiscated the equipment in the absence of Euroradio. The janitor of the building where the office is situated let them in. The KGB members refused to present a copy of the report. Only the employee of the housing and communal services department who was a witness agreed to present it. There were 43 items on the confiscation list – computers, Dictaphones, video cameras, cell phones and some documents.
Nothing has been returned so far. Euroradio sent an appeal a month ago and KGB replied that the office equipment would be returned after the necessary investigation was over.
