Byalyatski's wife: Ales may be in Babruisk colony
Natallya Pinchuk has been trying to find out whether her husband has been transferred to another colony.
Svyatlana Matskevich sent a greeting card to Byalyatski's colony and they replied that "there was no such a prisoner". It could be explained by the fact that he had been transferred to another colony.
Natallya Pinchuk told Euroradio on Thursday morning:
"I have just phoned Babruisk colony. They replied "Ales is in Babruisk colony". When I asked them: "Is he in the punishment cell?", they replied that they could not give me more information."
Human rights activist Ales Byalyatski is imprisoned for 4.5 years for tax evasion. International human rights organizations and the administrations of the EU, USA and other countries demand to release him.
