Brest regional court declines Zinaida Mikhnyuk's complaint
The court agreed therefore that the organizer of the "People's Assembly" in Brest swore badly.
Mikhnyuk tried to abolish the resolution of the Moscow district court of Brest. She also demanded that a fine against her for the sum of two base fees should be withdrawn.
The court did not pay attention to the evidence given by Mayor Barkouski who claimed that he had not heard the lady swearing badly on October 8 in the Internationalists' Park. Zinaida Mikhnyuk is going to appeal the sentence of the regional court as well.
