Babruisk maternity clinic lacks Br 20 billion for reconstruction
They have already spent Br 15 billion for the reconstruction started back in 2011. They planned to spend Br 26 billion in total.
This has been informed by deputy head of the capital building administration of Babruisk Uladzimir Dzhum. However, it turned out that this money was not enough - they needed Br 20 billion more, at least.
The official says that it is necessary to buy medical equipment which will be mounted during the process of construction. This is how he explains these "sudden" additional expenses.
