Photo fact: 100 people participate in flash mob in Vitsebsk

A flash mob of about 100 students was organized in Vitsebsk on April 16. The action was dated for the 100-day countdown until the start of the cultural project Marriage extravaganza ‘Lovers over the city’ dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of Marc Chagall and Bella Rosenfeld’s marriage.

The flash mob participants launched balloons into the air.
