New inscription on “Schotkina’s Wall”

The so-called Shchotkina’s Wall has got a new inscription in chalk. 

It was made on the dark stains that appeared on this wall two weeks ago. Nothing seemed to be written there, Euroradio reported back then.

The author of the new inscription is asking: “I wonder what was written here?”
