Military jet crashes in Brest region
A Belarus Air Force MiG-29 fighter jet on Tuesday crashed in Liakhavichy district.
Belarus' Defense Ministry confrims the crashed jet was a MiG 29 fighter from 61st Fighter Airbase. The pilot bailed out and was recovered by search-and-rescue teams. The accident occurred at 1330 Belarus time.
BELTA reports investigators are working on the crash.
