Belarusian state propaganda has begun producing fake voiceovers of Polish parliamentary speeches. The latest example involves Law and Justice MP Dariusz Matecki, whose domestic policy remarks were falsely presented as anti-Belarusian.

In the voiceover distributed by Belarusian state media, the MP is allegedly saying that Belarusian political refugees should no longer be allowed into Poland, calling them “traitors” and declaring that “Poland is for Poles.”

In reality, during this speech, the MP was making a statement ahead of the Polish presidential election, criticizing Rafał Trzaskowski. However, the propagandists overlaid a loud voiceover — reportedly generated using AI — that completely drowned out the original Polish audio.
