Orthodox believers to hold Advent Feast since today
This day is traditionally called "Pilipauka" in Belarus.
This name is connected with the fact that St. Phillip's day is celebrated on November 28. According to the people's beliefs, wolves start getting in packs since this day. All field works were usually completed by the end of November, and the peasants did domestic work, like crafts, most of the time.
