The Belarus president reiterates many foreign experts will observe the military exercise in western Belarus in September.
The military drills code-named "West 213" will take place on September 20-26 at the training and fire ground near Hrodna.
Russian troops will take part in a joint strategic exercise code-named West 2013 in Belarus.
