Republican budget already has 1.8 trillion rubles planned for this project for 2015.
He has called them ‘murderers slowing killing the society’.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka supported the proposal of the Investigative Committee at a meeting on 4 December.
According to the President, this problem affects entire society.
